Your profile says you had the DvH. The DvH means the da Vinci robot assisted in your surgery which can typically require 4-5 small incisions. From what your nurse shared, you had a total hysterectomy which can be done with the da Vinci robot. When the complete uterus was detached, it was delivered vaginally.
(If you did not have the robot then you had the LAVH.)
Since you had both ovaries and tubes removed, you also had a bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy which is usually shortened to BSO. Bilateral means both sides, salpingo refers to the fallopian tubes, oophore refers to the ovaries, and ectomy means removal.
