Seudeblue, isn't that amazing that someone can say no option and then you go around the corner and find something that is so much better?

Give yourself a fine pat on the back for doing the research and making that effort. Scared? Of course! Try not to make yourself crazy. Do whatever calms you....chat on these boards, read, write, paint, draw, visualize, dance or sing!

Pick a wonderful happy picture for your head like a great time you had at the beach and picture it with all of your senses. Swap to it a few times a day just for a few seconds. And breathe deeply a few times a day also.
