This was my main worry too. Well...one of them. I feel so grungy if I don't shower and wash my hair every day. I shampooed the morning of surgery with a clarifying shampoo and didn't condition. I was in the hospital for 24 hours and didn't take a shower or wash my hair. I did pack and use some astringent to use around my hairline. I put my hair back in a ponytailer for the ride home. I was too wiped out to take a shower that evening at home...but I did the next day.
