LOL - yes, I've read all the Harry Potter books. I'm quite impressed with them.

I have not tried Memoirs of a Geisha but have heard it is good. I'll check into it.

I just ordered the HysterSisters book and am looking forward to reading that. Mom has a pretty extensive library (headed out there tomorrow for 3 wks! )

Thanks again! Keep the suggestions coming!

I dunno, I found Memoirs of a Geisha one big bore at best. Couldn't bring myself to feel a thing for the lady.

Wild about Harry, though.

If you like light mystery...Tamar Myers and the Amish murder mysteries. It`s a great series and made me laugh more than once.

Plum Island by Nelson De Mille.

The Cat Who series...wonderful books.

OK.. here is my latest read..

The Red Tent.. it is about the women of the bible... it is great! Even if you are not religious it is a great books about womanhood. The red tent is the menstral tent... and the women spend 3 days a month together there....

Let me know if you liked it!

I don't know if you are a gardener or not but if you are this is a great time to send for all of the new spring mail order catalogs! I can spend hours pouring over them and dreaming about my spring gardening plans.

De Mille is good, but sometimes too gory for my taste.

Oh, anyone who liked cat stuff may like Rita Mae Brown's cat mysteries -- I don't, but I know that they're very popular, esp. in Germany (of all places!). Liked her early stuff, like up to Six of One.

Just finished a scary classic, The Haunting of Hill House.
