Question about lap

Hi. I'm new--well actually been lurking around for a few weeks.
I had a lap on October 31 (oh the irony!!) to confirm endo. Which yes I have it. I will be having a hysterectomy in the summer, as doc wants to get my thyroid in check and for me to lose weight.

My question is this...ever since the lap, I have had this horrible pain in the groin area where my left leg joins the pelvic area. It feels like a pulled muscle or tendon. It's not going away. I asked
my GYN about it and she said it's not uncommon, but didn't offer any other advice. It's so bad I walk with a limp.

Anyone else experience this?? Advice?

Thanks,
Maryintexas

Question about lap

I had a Lap on the 22nd of Oct. And had that exact same pain, left leg in the crease. I asked my doc and he pretty much explained it away as positioning pain. I bounced back from the surgery pretty well, except for the leg. The leg hurt for like a month after, and then started healing. The whole time it hurt, I HAD to have a pillow to cough, or sneeze.. if I didn't it was horrendous pain.

But since then, it has healed, and I only have the ocassional twinge in it now.

I would call the doc again, and tell them that the pain hasn't gone away.
