Hysterectomy: August 31st, 2011

Surgery Type: LAVH

Ovaries: Removed both

Sciatica

i am pretty sure I have right side sciatica. It has started hurting more around 6 wks post op ( no longer taking any pain meds) . i had lapro hyster, bladder sling and rectocele repair.Dr said it was from stirrup position for surgery and being inactive. Am back to walking 30 min a day but no other exercise or stretches yet. Any advice on what has help you such as drugs, therapy, exercises, etc?
