Be careful on the post op boards. Remember that people who are feeling well are out and about and not posting as much. People with problems are on line sharing and looking for support.

I read them pre surgery and made myself crazy.

Everyone heals differently.

You should make sure your doctor clears you to go back to work after three weeks. He may not want to do that at that time. Some people need six to eight weeks off work; others only four.

If he says to wait, please listen! You don't want to over do it and end up back in the hospital!
