I'm back.

Hello Sisters
I am home and doing wonderful. Didn't know I could feel this good. I got home from the castle this afternoon. Was pretty tired from long drive home but took some Tylenol 3 and have rested till now.
But I promise to be a good rincess: and rest. Believe me I won't be doing much with my own personal here. DH won't let me do a thing.

And as all my sisters before me have said, YES the WAIT is the hardest part. I was a wreck Friday morning before my surgery, especially with the thought of being cancelled with no beds at the castle but it all worked out in the end.

I will post my story later, my personal is right here standing beside me, making sure I don't stay here to long. LOL......
Thank you all for your replys to my DH's posts on my progress.
Take care.

I'm back.

Newfie! Welcome back! Some of the chat team was just asking about you. I am glad you are doing so well. I think it only fair to tell you that while you were in the castle we deputized your hubby, so he is a full pillow enforcer now.

Hugs to you and hope to see you in chat again soon! {but only for a few minutes at a time!}

So glad to have you back with us, but don't come back too soon!
I'm at 12 days postop and am doing pretty good. Do what you're deputy pillow policeman tells you and REST, REST, REST!!!!
It will be amazing how well you will do if you just rest and drink, rest and drink!!!!

I did the crying and tears last week too! A lot of it is anesthesia!
This week I'm just bored! But determined to rest!!!!

It`s not just the hormones, sweetie. I came home crying and weepy and didn`t know why. I think it is just major surgery that does it because I have had other friends that had other surgeries and felt the same way. It`s a huge trauma to the body and all it`s systems.

Be gentle with yourself during this fragile time and if you feel like crying, know its normal. Alot of us go through it.
