Haha! I just realized that I am sitting at my desk with my iPad, responding to one thread, and have my PC pulled up with 3 windows opened to three different threads. Talk about addicted!

LOL That's funny. I have one computer, but 2 screens and I have had several threads open at the same time, too.

Addiction or Obsession? Either way, my husband has taken to sighing heavily and tapping his fingers on the bar waiting for his turn to check in with his buddies.

I actually met my hubby online on a diabetes support site (he's type 2, I'm type 1), so he's 100% pro me being engaged and using HS!!!

I didn't know about MrHS till I just read this thread, so I've just emailed him the link in case it's useful for him - though he has been an absolute angel through all of this (and the numerous other dramas I've inflicted on him in the last 13 years!).

I hope your man comes 'round daisy - but if not, know that you're in good company here - and we will all keep your secret

Go right ahead and vent. I think we have all gone through it. A lot of men really have a hard time understanding why we are here and think it is just surgery. I have found that knowing stuff ahead of time is usually a very good thing.
