Re: Please Help! Am now confused!

Good luck. I dealt with fibroids for a few years, was in denial hoping it would go away oe be menopause, I'm 49. In Jan 2011 needed a transfusion from lack of blood, had a total abdominal hysterectomy in April. Recovery wnt better thn I thought but there was good days and bad, but I'm still so glad I had it and I think you will be so. Praying for your speedy recovery.

Re: Please Help! Am now confused!

Thanks Jengy and glad you made the right choice and are recovering well Just hoping and praying that I really take to this doctor and get a good feeling with her(still have to meet her 1st). She does have 19 years experience though and a good clean record. Just want to make sure myself 1st. Am waiting for the call. The doctor I talked to on the 12th told me she would call me back in 2 weeks. Have not heard anything yet. Hoping that she calls Monday. Really would like to meet the surgeon and maybe have some more tests done etc... Just hope my bladder don't get damaged during surgery. My biggest fear is waking up from the anesthesia okay.

I think you should definitely talk to the doctor and it may not be her it could be the office staff. Good luck.
