5 months post op..forever emotional???

I had a hysterectomy on 6/27/11, all but my left ovary and had my bladder done plus my pelvic floor...plus some...all at the same time I'm going thru a divorce and the surgery was a result of the ex's actions, so I know some of it is from that but I've never been one for crying or mood swings, etc. I'm a positive person and try to see the bright side of everything...doesn't bother me that I can't have more kids, like the idea of no periods and no birth control but gosh the emotional roller coaster is killing me!!! I cry ALL the time over anything and everything...in the middle of work, cuz my mom told me she loves me, cuz my daughter looks cute...
DOES IT GET BETTER????????????

Sorry to hear you are still experiencing mood swings.

Most women's emotions will have stabilized by this time. So you may want to check with your Dr. It is possible your ovary is not doing the job of maintaining a good hormonal balanve for you.

as you get this worked out.
