I am 4 days post op (robotic). I am a stomach sleeper...so feeling pain during night and when wake up. incisions starting to itch. gut feels bloated. plan on walkin a bit tomorrow. still no bm, very little gas.
Originally had surgery due to Heavy bleeding 24,7. Still have ovaries. md said they looked fine. still having lower, left pain. came back today. wth?
more bothered with boated feeling that pain.

i also had daVinci robotic surgery and I remember having pain in my left lower side. At times, it was very intense but for me, I believe it was my bowels. Once they came back around, the pain stopped. Make sure to eat lots of fiber and drink lots of water. And yes....that dang bloated belly finally goes down! I feel for you! I felt like I was 3rd trimester while I was so bloated. Hope your recovery goes well!!!
