Progesterone

Instead of HRT I have been on a natural Progesterone cream by arbonne called Prolief and on a adrenal stimulant called Drenamin. The drenamin supports your adrenal glands which is the back up for your ovaries when your ovaries are removed. They kick into gear and produce your hormones. The progesterone cream keeps your skin moist and etc and keeps your youthful appearance. Rub cream on in the evening on your inside thighs or arms.

Anyone else heard of arbonne products?

Re: Atrophy help

I haven't actually heard of arbonne. I am on bio-dentical HRT through a women's clinic locally. I have had good luck so far. They also have vitamin's that are called Super Adrenal Formula. These support the adrenql glands as well.

Re: Atrophy help

I didn't know Arbonne made progesterone cream but they seem to be quite expensive for everything else. I used to use one that I got at the health food store that was good. I don't know why but it seems in my late 30s my progesterone level was messed up.

Re: Progesterone

Hi,
I'm using progesterone therapy after menopause (no ovaries) to help with many of the symptoms of menopause.

I had cancer. Doctor said it was the result of too much estrogen. I am watching and eliminating environmental estrogens and am currently using a a fairly high dose of progesterone.

The hot flashes are getting better (one of my biggest issues) and there seems to be a pretty big list of symptoms that progesterone has had good success with managing. My research has been quite extensive.

Progesterone is going to be my foundational support for menopause and so far I am comfortable with how the treatment plan is progressing.

Best of luck with your healing journey.
