4 mo's post op and exhausted....

Is anyone a few months out and feeling worn out? I had my blood drawn a couple months post op and my thyroid and hormones checked OK but the last several weeks I'm exhausted. I've been getting my B12 shots once a month like always so I'm not sure what is going on. I've gone back to pilates x2 a week but just can't get motivated to do more than that which is odd for me. Anyone else experiencing this?

Undone -

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling exhaustion at this point in your recovery. Remember that it can take 6 to 12 months for full recovery so you might be hitting one of those points.

Keep getting checked out and giving yourself time to continue your recovery.
