I wish you all the best luck. I'm sure it will be ok and your employer will understand--he's a neurologist, right? Maybe he'll have some tips!

Re: anyone having trouble focusing or attention span?

I am soooooo forgetful, even to the point driving is a dangerous issue for me (crashed my car 3 weeks post op). My remedy is B-12 and omega 3. I also went to a Dr specializing in bio identical hormones to replace the 3 hormones we lose. My regular gyn put me on divigel and Prometrium. Not only can I not sleep, but I am an avid flasher. I now combine my hormone treatments (my docs would probably crucify me if they knew), but I am down to 6 flashes per day and when I get some sleep I am more focused. I highly recommend the bio identical hormones, TiVite Clarity, and evening primrose supplements. Hope this helps my fellow Hyster sisters.

I have just started taking supplements including Omega 3's, B spectrum, Vita E, Vita D and several more. I don't understand why this basic information about the benefit of supplements after hysterectomy and esp. for surgical menopause is not provided to us as part of our health care. I can't even find a concise form of info gathered together in one place on the web, book, etc. and am frustrated that I have to do so much research and investigation just to figure out what I need to take to keep my basic health and sanity right now!

I just gave up searching for the right stuff to take-is anyone taking anything all in one? I hate to pop so many more pills. Thanks!
