Re: Chills

Hi Anissaw,
I'm sorry you are feeling badly. You need to call your doctor. It may be unrelated, but you need to keep them informed. I began running a fever at 1 week post op and kept running one for a solid week. In my case it was either viral or my body's way of telling me to continue resting. I hope you feel better. Keep us posted.

Re: Chills

Sorry to hear that Anissaw, can someone bring you an electric blanket? I kept one on my bed just in case and sure enough ended up using it my first week post op- couldn't get warm enough. The warmth from it also helped my abdomen area. That way I didn't have to crank the heat in the entire house.

I hope you start feeling better.

Re: Chills

I was the same for day. I took Tylenol and started on Cranberry extract incase a bladder infection was brewing.. it is a special one for unrinary tract health. Thankfully the fever/chills only lasted one day. Rest and drink... good luck until the doctor calls. Can someone take a urine sample in for you tomorrow?
