Having a mini freak out

So today I had a mini freak out while talking about my surgery with my husband. I go back to the dr on Wednesday for an endometrial biopsy and to schedule. It's been the most miserable week of cramps, backaches and bleeding. Honestly I am ready to just schedule and move forward with my life. The dr suggested a Da Vinci but I have some concerns with the cost and being tilted on my head (is this going to make migraines more likely during recovery). I know I shouldn't flip over something that isn't scheduled yet but I feel so overwhelmed. My question is of the various methods used to preform this surgery which is the easiest recovery and most cost effective? Thank you all so much!!

Re: Having a mini freak out

I hear the davinchi is the least painful for surgical hysterectomy I had none by incision on the 19th of Dec being my first surgery I had no idea what to expect I have a friend who had hers via davinchi she seemed to think it was a great choice I think my recovery would have been quicker .. good luck!

Re: Having a mini freak out

I did not suffer headaches after they used the da vinci. I have had lap surgery before, and this was much easier. Cost was a little more, but well worth it. Ask lots of questions on your next doc visit.

Re: Having a mini freak out

Thank you both so much! I've written down some questions to ask the dr. Now I feel a little better about all of this!!
