Bleeding-should I be concrned about color change

My surgery was 3 wks ago today & seemed to be tapering off. However, all of the sudden last night the color had changed back to bright red. Should I be concerned about this or is this normal?

Re: Bleeding-should I be concrned about color change

If the bleeding is heavy you should call your dr. If there is anything about it that seems wrong, call your dr.

At 3 weeks is when I had some light bleeding. I don't know if it was stitches coming out or if I was having a miniperiod since I kept my cervix. After a few days it went away.

If you have been overdoing it, go lie down. I think around this time we think we are getting so much better that we get too active.

Please call your doctor and let him or her know. If you are bleeding to the point of filling a pad in one hour, head to the ER immediately. Please let us know how you are doing.
