Taking Stock on Tuesday Jan 17

I don't think I do well on Tuesdays when I try to work at home. DH LT has lunch with me and I don't plan correctly. Clearly I cannot retire, I need to stay with my routine!

So breakfast was sort of okay, normal cereal with my usual additions, then lunch was a hodge-podge that was difficult to log, but I tried to overestimate to be on the safe side. Tonight I will maybe have dinner with my mother and sister before Spanish class, and we will have a frozen dinner. That might be the best route, and more relaxing. It always threatens to rain on Tuesdays and I hate in the rainy dark

It's been a busy day and the dog choose to walk with me for a change. I tried to video him to show how he balks, and the whole video is of him trotting happily along with only an occasional stop to sniff. He must have been showing off for the camera!

Re: Taking Stock on Tuesday Jan 17

MIA yesterday because I was again. Sigh.. Fever, chills, runny nose. I am getting tired of this. I get better for a few days, than it gets bad again. Doing a little better today.

Food yesterday was okay. I didn't eat alot at one time, but found I kept getting up and heading to the fridge. Nothing terribly bad, but just didn't have a real meal, more snacking. A little of this, a little of that.

Desk, must be something about working from home! I worked from home yesterday because I wasn't feeling well. As you can see, snack, snack, snack.

Today was better. Usual breakfast, turkey wing meat for a snack, healthy choice soup for lunch. Just had a little of soy cheese while I decide what's for dinner.

I need to get better, better because next Thursday we are going to the Bahamas! :

Hi Desk and Kim,
I was down 1.4 lbs today Yiphee!
Didn't plan too but then proceeded to not be very OP. and I was not working from home, lol.
Matter of fact we got 6 inches of snow and so that makes us slooooow, so DH and I worked the restaurant by ourselves. Thought it was going to be slow, and I could sit down alot, umm was not the case, we were just busy enough that it kept both of us hopping. tomorrow we are suppose to get 10 more inches, baddddd, in a town that only gets snow about once a year it basically closes down.
Even though I wasn't OP, I did put everything into MFP and was still ok calorie wise, but don't plan to continue that way. So one day shouldn't kill me.
I did exercise.
Well tomorrow is another day.
Kim hope you are feeling better.
Desk, you can retire, silly girl. lol
sleep well
