Terrible headaches 3 weeks post op

Hi, I am about 3 and half weeks post op. For the past 3 days I have been getting horrible headaches. My vision gets blurry, I get nauseous, and disoriented. My belly is very swollen. It only happens in the evening. I am also getting major pimples, and I am normally very clear skinned. I expected the hot flashes until my overies recover from the surgery but this is not what I expected. Did this happen to anyone else? If so, does it get better once your overies start working again? I just don't know which doctor to call. I don't know if it even has anything to do with my hysterectomy or not. I just wondered if this is common...thanks ladies!

Re: Terrible headaches 3 weeks post op

Around that time I noticed the pimples, choc. cravings, and some other PMS issues. When my friend was doing fertility treatments, she all of a sudden got severe migraines. Come to find out it was due to the sudden drop in progesterone. So hopefully that means your overlies are working-Yeah! Now you need to talk to your doctor, and see what to do about hormones. Even with the overies still being there, you can still have hormone level probs, especially after surgery.
