Belly button glue? Belly button glue?

Belly button glue?

I have white glue in my belly button on my stitches, can I pick that off?? Or just leave it alone? Its driving me CRAZY & I want to pick if off so bad!!

Leave it alone! Better to be crazy than have a poorly healed incision. THAT would really be a drag.

Oh, that glue can drive you , but yes...leave it alone!!
It will come off soon. I had the glue on my 6 inch abdominal incision and I couldn't wait for it to come off...but I did. I let it all come off on its own and my scar looks about as pretty as a scar can look!!

And unfortunately it can get itchy too! But avoid the urge to mess with it. I know it's hard

I used little nail scissors to cut away the glue ONLY as it would fray away from my skin....this kept the ragged pieces from aggravating me.

I did the same thing...it hurt when the edges would get caught on my clothes, so I would trim it!
