What are you looking forwar

I was talking with my husband last night and he said he was really looking forward to me wearing thongs again. I hadn't really thought about how much he has grown to hate my granny panties that are always stained! Before I was sick, my husband would loving have a matching bra and pantie set laid out for me to wear each day. He left before me, but really liked knowing what I was wearing each day. I loved that he cared and he always makes me feel so special. This is something he stopped doing, because I was bleeding all the time. He is really looking forward to getting back to that! He has plans on doing some shopping for me. It is amazing how much this has robbed from me. I'm really looking forward to feeling better!

What is something you arenlooking forward to?

Re: What are you looking forwar

The first thing I did when I was up to it was go and buy all new panties. I bought in several white. I had only a couple of pre hyster panties that weren't scarred. I cannot tell you how renewing it was to throw all those yucky things in the trash! Getting back to thong panties was a great step in my recovery. I pitched the grannies as well; my husband and I called them "jundies"-meaning giant undies. They seemed big enough to pull up over my head and tie in a knot : )

Oh yeah! Me too! It was top on my list of "Things to Look Forward Too". I had a fairly long list.

Good Luck Ladies!

I was looking forward to not having to take birth control pills continuously any more (it was my treatment for pcos and endometriosis) ... and 5 weeks later my weight has stayed down, I seem less moody overall, and some of my hormone imbalances have corrected themselves.

Re: What are you looking forwar

I'm looking forward to movement without pain, and not having to make up excuses for not going somewhere or not doing something because I don't want to embarrass somebody with the real reason I can't.

I'm looking forward to doing the stuff that I used to love, like riding my motorcycle and travel with my DH, that I just stopped doing because I was too wrapped up in feeling bad.

More than anything, I'm looking forward to when it is just me and DH, not me, DH, and this "condition" the dictated how we spent our time together.

I look forward to having my energy back! The constant bleeding has left me fatigued so much with low iron. Anemic, thats the word i was looking for! I look forward to participating in my life again. I look forward to the first thing in the morning, worrying i ruined more sheets. I look forward to not having pads n tampons for a army in my purse. I look forward to the pain being gone! I look forward to being able to pack up n go, when i need too!
