Thanks whirly - I'm back at office today and hoping its not infection - I think it's cervical spasms and pain radiating to bladder..... Ok done w doc and still no answers. Says the SN AREA is healing - testing for bacterial infection - (supra imposed bacterial infection???)

So defeated. Was doing so well and just want to cry cry cry because I feel out of control with no answers and no proper attention even tho I keep trying.

Re: I knew this could happen but still disappointed

Hey, Whirlygig, BlueHobbit here

Well, friend, I think I just had another mini-period. I hate to admit it and wish it wasn't so, but I think the truth is... I'm going to be having mini-periods until I go through menopause.
They are nothing like what I went through before the hyst. Nothing at all. But I do have some spotting for about 4 days.
I am disappointed because I had hopped that I would be one of the many who don't have the spotting. But of course with my history... well, what did I expect?
It is strange to tell my church girls that I'm on my period when they all know that I had a hyst!
The upside is that I am able to continue to workout, keep house and home, go out in public, get out of bed, wear light colored pants, and I don't have to take a gazillion pain pills. I guess I can live with the inconvenience every month.
AND, it turns out that they make these nice little pantie-liners that do the trick if I ever need them. (No more huge tampons and even bigger pads.)
Anyway, how is it going for you?

Re: I knew this could happen but still disappointed

Just curious why a doc would treat a pitential mini period with SN? Would he not have to do that every month then?
