That was interesting information Debbie. I had wondered what it actually was, just knew that we all were affected.

In the mornings after resting the swelly belly is nice and soft and comfy.

After a day of doing too much, which in the early days can even mean sitting down, the tummy gets more hard and aching.
Just rest again, and the tummy will settle down.
This bloating can last many months.

I FEEL thinner, although profile in the mirror still looks pretty enlarged!
I am looking forward to the time when the profile looks good

After 4 months my surgeon says I can try tummy toning exercises, but I don't want to try too much too soon

I had davinci on 1/13. For about 2 weeks I literally looked 5-6 mos pregnant. I was very bloated and swollen. However, in week 3, I now have none. I can wear my low rise jeans now BUT, I do come home and immediately put on some yoga pants or sweats...it's just more comfortable.
