Estriol

Hi Ladies
Do any of you have experience using Estriol?
I had my hysterectomy in July 2011 for EndoCa stage 1. I just started using Estriol and Progesterone. So far I don't feel anything. I have not been the same since my TAH and my Dr says it is safe to use low dose Estriol gel. My endoCa just needs follow up every 3 months. Lymph nodes clean and 1mm only invasion into the endonetrium.

Re: Estriol

Estriol is the weakest of the 3 estrogens. It is unlikely to help with symptoms such as hot flashes. From what I have read you would need an extremely large dose for it to be effective. I have read that it can be helpful vaginally to help with vaginal dryness.

Re: Estriol

I am on it. I can notice a bit of a difference but they had me on Premarin and there was a huge difference. If I could afford it I would of stayed on Premarin. It worked so much better. Estriol does very little for me as well. Good luck!
