7 weeks post op pain

i am 7 weekes post op i had an lvh bso and i just went back to work last monday . since then i have had a bit of pelvic pain. and at times it is pretty bad it feels like i ran forever and am sore ,,,my question is ,,,,is this normal to have pain at 7 weeks i am hoping it is just from returning to work and not gonna be in pain forever i had my hysterectomy due to adenomyosis my doc says that this surgery doesnt gaurentee that i will be 100% pain free and thats what keeps running in my head everytime i have pain...anyway come someone give me advice as to if this is normal or not,

I had an SAH and was definitely still having pain at 7 weeks. As I started feeling better, I was always pushing to do more. I would have good weeks, followed by bad weeks when I overdid something. Going back to work is often a big jump in activity level. Even if you're mostly sitting, that still uses your abdominal muscles.
