This is the time to take off the cape and take care ourselves. Bring on the naps!

I went for a walk yesterday and my legs are now sore ,i feel like i had a marathon yesterday. Im trying taking vitamin B complex for energy but i guess it might take time.

12weeks here. Today was the first day I stayed out of the couch all day long!!! I was either sitting or standing. First time in 3 months. Getting better, but not 100% energy yet. It's more like 60%

Re: Low energy 3 months post op

Today is 13 weeks post op for me. I still have days that I am so tired I must take a nap. It is very hard for my 10 year old and my 15 year old to understand that mom is tired. I know this will improve with time. Today has been one of those days . I took a 5 hour nap!

Re: Low energy 3 months post op

I returned to work Tuesday 2/21/12 and I was so tired when I got home. I went to bed at 830pm that evening and every evening since. I didn't realize how tired I was going to be!!! Maybe I'll try to add some vitamin B or B-12 complex to see if my energy gets better. After working I just don't feel like doing anything.
