My first opinion doc never mentioned the da Vinci. No idea what it was until the second doctor offered it up as the solution. I am going with the da Vinci since I have an 18 month son and am the primary bread winner at home. There is always the risk of switching over while I am out, but I think it is worth the try for a shorter recovery time. My fibroids have stretched my uterus to 16.5cm.

My husband thinks the first doc is a jerk (as do I) and should have at least mentioned it even if their practice didn't have access to the technology.
