help--pelvic floor disorder/chronic continuous pain

I'm new on site, old in hysterectomy, had hysterectomy (still has ovaries and cervix) in 2006 for 20 yr history of endometriosis. Had hysterectomy in 2006, small bowel recession, pelvic abcess (18 day) stay in hospital--now IC, stress incontinence, painful orgasms in sleep, chronic pain in sleep, recent diagnosis of myofascial pain disorder or pelvic floor disorder along with continuous excruciating pain in pelvic groin area sometime extending to rt leg. Recently referred to physical therapy. What are some of you doing for this condition? Alternatives, please help?
