Let the fun begin- Bowel Prep

Called for my surgery time, I'm #1 on the table at 7:30 a.m. I have to be at the castle at 6:00 a.m.

Started the prescribed bowel prep at 4:11 p.m.
And waiting….waiting……waiting
50 minutes later…..waiting…..

I know when it hits it's going to be

Good luck ladies.

Re: Let the fun begin- Bowel Prep

LOL! In between trips, you can come and read posts from here!

I didn't find it too terrible, because although there was some urgency, it didn't make me feel "sick." So, it's running right through you, but not like when you have a bug and feel all achey, burning, or gurgly weird. At least that's how it was for me. I just kind of put up with it, running to the bathroom as needed - but it wasn't that bad.
Good luck!

That's what mine was too - don't worry, it will work!!! Boy, does it ever!

Actually, I was worried mine took too long and that I wasn't completely empty the next day, but I had an afternoon appt and they said they weren't too concerned.
