Hi! I'm new and feeling nervous.

Hi, I have surgery booked for 12 June and am feeling a bit nervous. I have cysts on my ovaries and some have ruptured. I am constantly in pain and am hoping that the hysterectomy will stop all that. Its kind of strange to have so many people that understand what I am feeling.

Re: Hi! I'm new and feeling nervous.

I just had my surgery a few days ago. So far it's been good. I went home the same day and my big problem has been with nausea. The pain from surgery was less than I'd had with the endo and fibroids. I hope yours goes as well.
Good luck!

Thanks, reading other posts in the forum I am starting to feel a bit better. I think waiting for surgery will be the hardest. Great to hear your recovery has been so good. Hope everthing continues to go well.
