Pre-op completed

The tests are done, the bloods been drawn, my EKG is dead and gone. There's nothing left but THE big day, then it's adios to the pre-hyster days!

I am so looking forward to feeling better after years of fighting the ovarian cysts.. medication to suppress, laps to remove and don't forget those that burst at the most in-opportune time!

Glad I found this site. I hope to garner strength and knowledge from those who have "gone before" me.

Surgery is January 15, 2002.

Great! My surgery date is Jan 15 too! I still have to fly to Texas tomorrow, then have my pre-op Friday and go pre-admit at the hospital.
I have had surgeries before but I never remember all the tests they have to do!
WE"RE ALMOST THERE! !!!!

Hi MJO...congrats to being a few steps closer to the big day! Waiting for the day to get here was the hardest part for me. Keep posting...it helps calm the nerves before surgery. You will do just great!
