Re: So occupied by this...

I was just like you with the fatigue, bleeding 20 out of 31 days, huge clots, you know the deal. I felt so worthless to my family. I am now 4 days post op and I already have more energy than before surgery. I am in better spirits, my husband says I have a pregnant glow. I think I know that there is an end in sight. My pain is not much more than before surgery either. I just wanted to cheer you up because you are not alone. I know it seems like forever til surgery but it will be here before you know it and it will get better. HANG IN THERE!

Re: So occupied by this...

@want to talk: Thank you so much, you did cheer me up! Im looking fwd to recovery. And I thought I was such a weirdo for feeling this way.

Everyone showed me that i'm not alone. This morning my 8 yr woke up and said "youll be leaving in 10 days!" I thought to myself "yessss I am!!!"

Re: So occupied by this...

I felt the same way. I was tied to the bathroom or the couch/chair. Every time I stood up, I had to go to the bathroom first. There was nothing else I could do. I am happy to report that 5 months post op, I am free. Free from bleeding obviously, free from anemia and lethargy, free from massive brain fog, free from PAIN (which was another huge factor for me, though I didn't now it was tied to my uterus), free from having to always be prepared because I didn't know when I would start. Praise God I am free.
