Re: EXTREMELY heightened sense of smell after surgery??

Im so glad I am not alone. Everyone in the house thinks Im crazy. All scents both good and bad seem much stronger. I could have swore my new purse smelled horrible. I even had my daughter smell it and she couldnt smell anything. I washed it and used the strongest fabric softener I could find along with using dryer sheets and I could still smell a faint smell of yuck. I ended up putting snuggle dryer sheets in the pockets of the purse.lol

azyria--great idea!! I've been blocking my bedroom door in the morning with a towel to prevent the smell of freshly made coffee from coming in! For some reason, in the early morning, the smell repulses me now!
