4.5 wks post op,,cramping, light bleeding, still have odor

Ime 4.5 wks post op. Ime not sure if i just over did it today or if its just healing, but today i have had light bleeding, cramping, and still have an odor for like over 2wks now. A couple days ago i thought the odor was going away but it came back with light spotting blood and cramping tonight...I first off just went over my hyster checkpoints and so ime hoping this is part of the healing. What has me concerned is that when reading about the odor it says if we have a not pleasant odor for more than a few days we should call our docs...last week i saw my doc and so he knows bout the odor and next week he is going to do a swab test.. i read what can happen internally if we have a small tear it could bleed and this really has me concerned now if i tore something, cuz today i brushed out my dog, and at the time i didnt feel anything pull or strain and i was trying too take it easy brushing her, so i hope i didnt overdo it...geez u know i just finished talking about that yesterday that i was being careful and now i go and brush my dog out..i hope everything is okay...

You may want to give your doctor a call and have them check things out. I did that when I had a discharge. Mine was always clear but sometimes it would smell foul. Not like an infection but something synthetic. I told the doctor and he said it was normal and did a full exam and found out I was healing well. What you're going through may be part of the healing process, but you can always ask to see you doctor just to be sure. It gave me great peace of mind. Heal well! Sending good thoughts your way.
