4th day post op

Had DaVinci hysterectomy on 4/5. Pain has been minimal....used one pain med than switched to advil. Biggest problem is constipation at this point

That is great! Be sure to take stool softeners regularly and eat lots of fiber and drinks lots of water. Also, just because you feel good does not mean you are healed. Please remember to take it easy and pamper the

I did the same thing - and felt so much better once I was off those prescription pain killers. The Advil and Tylenol rotation did enough for me, so I was fine.
I also drank a ton of water, so never really had a problem going to the bathroom. The stool softeners they gave me, and I continued, were helpful.
Take care of yourself - be super careful, to continue this good healing.

Definately take stool softeners. Just because you feel good, please do not over do it. I felt fantastic after my surgery and thought i could go back to regular life. WRONG! I paide for that by spending 3 days in bed!!
