Re: Nervous - Surgery in the a.m.

My prayers and best wishes are with all of you having surgery tomorrow AM. Do get good rest tonight and before you know it, it will all be over! God will be with you tomorrow, will be in control of your surgery and will guide the hands of your surgeons. If you can, make time to read the Bible and pray before your surgery. i used the words to the hymn, "Leaning on the Everlasting Arms" over and over in my mind while they were preparing me for my surgery and it made me very calm. I know the prayers of others helped me too. God be with you. Remember the wods of Jesus, "By my stripes ye are healed and made whole", and the scripture, "What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee".

I hope to hear good news as you recover.

Hugs and Prayers!

Re: Nervous - Surgery in the a.m.

Best wishes to all having their surgery tomorrow. Mine is Friday so I can't offer you any advice that way, but I am sure we will all be fine and dandy. Any discomfort we have is temporary compared to what we have been going through for the past months and years. Quick healing to all!
