I am quite possibly losing it...

Hello ladies!

So, my last post was that I was so stressed and just didn't have any time to be so. My surgery is coming up fast and furious. It is spring in Ottawa (albeit a chilly one) and I have been in sandals for a few weeks now, which means..... PAINTED TOE NAILS! So, I bought some really nice quality polish and did my toes in a really cute pale coral shade last week. Then I had my little melt-down and wanted something to cheer me up. So I decided to go with candy-apple red. Sadly, I realized I hadn't any cotton balls... I did, however, have a box of OB tampons.

Yes, yes I did! And it worked beautifully!! I laughed the whole time! What the heck else was I going to do with them? Just throw them away, I guess. Well, don't say I don't care about the environment! LOL

Hope I brought a smile to your day, ladies!

Now... what to do with the Costco-sized package of Always in the cupboard.....

Yes, you did put a smile on my face. I'm post op now, so the nerves have settled a bit, but laughing during recovery is still good therapy. Thanks!

Re: I am quite possibly losing it...

Glad to be of service! I have been so..... agitated.... lately, that I needed something to cheer myself up. It worked so well, and I had such a laugh at my own expense, I thought I would share with all you fabulous sisters!

Re: I am quite possibly losing it...

just a thought, ladies... as the former director of a womens shelter and rehab, left over pads and tampons are always needed, and it doesn't matter if the package or box was opened or not.

donate your unused feminine products to a women's shelter, rehab, or home. it really helps
