The symptoms seem to come on at about the 8-12 hour mark, That's about the time the estrogen level is really dropping. Some of us who use oral estradiol have to split the dose to a couple of times a day to avoid that.

I did take 2mg of the Estadiol yesterday and today. I feel so much better. I slept very good last night! Yeah! That is Huge to me. Thanks so much!!!
