hospital cancels tvh day before scheduled surgery. what mental torture!

HI ladies, I'm new and awaiting TVH, 1/28. previously scheduled for 1/23. Found this morale boostingweb site 1/22,spented two hours reading everything, was great to here all the positive stories, informative hints, encouragements,etc. Gave me relieve from the anxieties and stress I was experiencing Day before surgery. Later that evening 6pm, hospital calls to cancel next mornings surgery due to over crowed conditions at hospital,Influx of emerencies, no beds available. I was overwhelmed with emotion, I was mentally prepared, and am very uncomfortable, prolapsed,fibroids, cramping all week, period due any day! have been rescheduled for 1/28 at 11:30, and I am looking forward to monday, thanks to all supportive and great tips I've read on this sight. looking forward to hearing from anyone and everyone. Still a little nervous, but much more prepared thanks to all who share their stories and advice, it really helps. share a prayer! emeralds.

Doh! I feel for you. I think I would have just gone and sat on the hospital doorstep until they let me in. I hope the 28th comes soon for you, and you are OK until then.

Hi! I'm sorry your TVH was canceled. That had to be really frustrating for you to say the least. But, best wishes for Monday and you will be in my thoughts and prayers!
