nervous and scared

to you Deannna
We met in chat and I just wanted to drop in here to give you a hug. Making the decision to have this surgery is a very difficult one and you are well aware of.
As you have been told as will probably be told lots again the waiting is the hardest.
Do keep coming and reading and posting your questions and concerns. There are no dumb or silly questions, someone will always come along and answer them for you. Along with lots of love and understanding.
Hope to see you in the chat room again soon, Take care

Hello Deanna
Your story sounds a lot like mine.
It is so very normal to be nervous pre op.
I have talked to you in Chat a couple of times. Please keep reading, posting, and coming into Chat it is a great way of calming the nerves.
You will do just great, and soon it will be behind you all the pain, bleeding, and waiting.
Take Care Sweetie

nervous and scared

Hi

Your story seems to be familiar. I could bleed for 45 days and wonder why the **** do I feel depressed. Birth Control Pills did not work. Neither did the provera. I tried the Depo provera shot and bleed for 2 months straight. I had the ablation done twice, and was still bleeding irregularly. The last resort was a TVH on Dec 14/01 and I would recommend it to anyone. My recovery has been pretty good and I feel 100% + better.

As mentioned previously by HS the waiting is the hardest part and it does get better after the surgery. Good Luck, I will be thinking about you.
