I have changed my mind.... =o)

Well ladies... After MUCH soul searching and crying and talking with my mom, husband and others, I have decided that my problems do not warrant a hyst.. I just feel that I haven't tried every other option out there. I may try BC pills and see if they help, or possibly another DnC in a few months. I am most DEFINITELY going to request an MRI or something to try to get to the root of my pain, but for now, I feel that I am not ready for a hyster. For the first time in WEEKS I finally feel a true peace with myself by going with my "gut" feeling about this. This is just the right thing for ME!! PLEASE don't second guess your decisions, ladies!! I just sat down with myself and had a "heart to heart" with myself and felt it best to try another alternative/s first.. I hope it's okay if I stay here and get ideas about alternatives for my problems? You have all been the very best and I lubs ya!

BIG BIG BIG s to all of you LIW and to all who have helped me for these past 2 months....

Good for you! A hyst is always there if you decide you need one at some point, but you can never go back.

All the best!

GOOD FOR YOU!!! You are the only one who can make the decision that is right for you. I'm glad you decided before so you won't have doubts later. *** My hysterectomy was recommended for nine years before I knew the time was right for me. I don't regret either decision. My biggest concern originally was I did not want to be on hormones. By the time of my surgery, I was already on two different ones and my symptoms had worsened to where my life was no longer mine. I was ready for surgery then.
