Lap myomectomy for large fibroids

I just had a myomectomy 3 months ago to remove 8 very large fibroids the biggest being 9cms and my uterus was 5 month preg. size they did it all laprascopically so I only have three very small incisions. I'm 45 and not having anymore children either but still opted for the myo. instead of a hysterectomy. Even in partial hysterectomies women have lost ovary function because half the ovary blood supply is cut off causing ovary failure. Even after menopause your ovaries still produce a small amount of estrogen for heart health and just overall health so I have tried to do everything I can to save my uterus. Hysterectomy should be used as a last resort for fibroids.
I would try to find a surgeon that would do a laprascopic myomectomy.
