Articles on Endo and NHRT ?

Hi Ladies

I will be going to see a new doc on Wednesday. The local compounding pharmacy recommended her.

My surgeon was wonderful but she is older and is definitely *not* up to date on NHRT (her theory is everyone should at least try premarin, and that since I had a tah-bso I definitely don't need progesterone or testosterone).

Even though I had tons of adhesions and endometriosis, she wanted me to start premarin 4 weeks after my surgery even though I haven't had a single menopausal symptom yet. I've seen such a variety of protocols for HRT in regards to endometriosis that I've gotten very confused :confuse:

Does anybody have any links to articles giving guidelines and explanations as to recommendations re: endo and nhrt?
