Blood in discharge 2 yr's after surgery?

I had surgery 2 years ago and I kept my cervix and my ovaries. Every month my breasts still get sore and I feel as though my body wants to have a period. Is this weird? Then today, I noticed a very small amount of red blood in some discharge when I went to the bathroom. This really scared me. Has anyone else experienced this? This would be the time during a cycle that I would normally have had a period. (Sore breasts, headache, etc.)

Thank you in advance!

Blessings,

Sheila

Many women who kept their ovaries and their cervix report what we call a mini period. You're breasts have been sore regularly because your ovaries are still working.....but.....because you haven't had any blood in two years and now have some bleeding, it might be a good idea to call your doctor. It's better to call and put your mind at ease. Please let us know what your doctor tells you about this.
