My Doctor DUMPED Me!..The Saga continues...

Hi weeklycat! You know what? I used to live in the cities and the treatment down there was totally different from where I am at now. This doesn't relate to hysterectomies at all, but my son was born with erb's palsy (from being 11lbs 4 oz at birth) and down in the cities they really wouldn't do anything for him until he was older to make his own decisions. Right now he is 5 and has had surgery and of course has been in therapy and they have tried electrical stimulation (which they wouldn't down there). My diabetes was different too. It seemed as if they were too busy for us down there and had way too many patients. I was told by a couple people to go to Duluth for a second opinion. Well, we live closer up this way now and I tell you one thing I trust the doctors a few miles father north than I do in the cities. If you could drive north for another opinion b4 you make any decisions. Just a thought. I was once in your shoes just with different issues at that time. Good luck w/whatever decision you do make!!!!!!!
