I am an avid gym goer. I lift weights 3 times a week and do cadio 3 times a week as well which include stairs, running, bike etc...
I am having a Total Vaginal Hysterectomy, leaving my ovaries. In any of you gals have had this "partial" hysterectomy, what did you find to be the recovery period as far as exercise goes? How long until I can lift weights again? When can I lift at full force? I'd appreciate any input as I've finally gotten into good shape and am so frustrated to have the setback. I hope to get back to is ASAP. Thanks for your input.
