AHHHHH

Thanks to all. Geez, I can't imagine what I would do without this site. No, nothing yet. I called yesterday, they said the results were being faxed over that day and the nurse would call. Nothing. Called tonight (Tues), receptionist said they would have nurse call. Nothing. I can't take another sleepness night. I'm on the verge of tears all the time. The hubby has been wonderful, called 3 times from work to check, and promised a back rub tonight. God I hope I'm worrying for nothing. Talked to friends who share my dr. and none, not one has ever waited two weeks for path results.
I'm 12 days post op, mine vaginally, and I've felt pretty good since about day 5 or 6. No pain, hard to believe how easy it really was. I'm one of the lucky ones I guess, I got to keep my ovaries, thank God cuz I'm only 31 and menopause was not something I was looking forward to. I really haven't had any emotional upsets except this path thing which I guess anyone would be worrying about, so on the bright side, I'm doing really well.
Everyone has been so wonderful and supportive, and the info has made everything so much easier.
I hope I can help someone as much as you've all helped me.
Thanks Again and God Bless, you don't know how much you have helped.
Julie

Julie, just a thought .... why dont you give the Dr's office another call and say to the receptionist that this is the 3rd time you have called and they always say someone will call you back but as yet no-one has and if they could tell you if the results are back. If they are, ask to speak directly to the Dr. Explain how anxious you are. Best of luck and we are all here holding your hand . x x x

Finally!!

Again thank you. After days of nearly no sleep, finally, all clear.
Robyn, that's just what I did. 8:15 am the kids left, I called and explained that it's been two weeks and I'm getting a little nervous, and would they please have someone call, anyone. 9:15 I ran to the phone, nurse said she spoke to dr. and he said they got all the cancer. Sigh. Geez, I thought it would be over after surgery, never thought about path reports until the second week. But.........it's finally over.
You ladies are wonderful. Would have never made it without your support. Love to all.

Julie , I bet you are sooooooo relieved to hear those words

Now as you are still a new princess , I think you should pamper yourself and rest lots and lots .

AND dont forget those checkups, it is still important to have those regular smears done.

Please do let us know how you are and also the dates of your future checks so we can wish you well . Love always to you x x
