i know how you feel

i do know what your going through and its a very scary time, but it is true imagination is your worst enemy.

last sepember i had to have a cone biopsy (i am 23) whilst on vacation in the US (i am from england),,the ob/gyn was so good and it was over before i knew it, the paid afterwards was light a light cramping, no worse than the first few days of your period.

unfortunately for me, it turned out i had stage 1b adenocarcinoma of the carvix and had to have a radical hysterectomy on october 1st in albuquerque , new mexico....

it was awful, scary and at 23 years old the hardest thing ive ever had to do,,BUT you know what ? im still here now., and they left my ovaries so there are still possibilities with me having children (surrogacy etc)

i believe everything does happen for a reason. When i was ill it was real bad for about two weeks and i really didn't think i was
going to make it, but i did and now i am a much stronger, spiritual and
grateful person for it. You see, now i have the opportunity to travel
around the world...and i will now be able to experience things i never thought id live to see...i feel i am a much stronger person now than before and in a way all this is because i was as i now say "lucky" enough to get cancer and now take that chance to do whats gonna make me do only live once but it's the mark that you leave in this world along with the choices that you make to leave that mark that makes it all worth while.

try to be brave, i know this is a hard time, but try to keep smiling and laughing...

dance like no-ones watching

lots of peace, love and healing vibes,

mellissa crowley from London england
