28th March ... one year ago today , margaret was diagnosed with OVCA stage3

Margaret, do you ever sit and wonder how fast that year has gone and how you actually got here ? Isnt it amazing just what we can endure when we have to.

Let's celebrate this wonderful milestone . Lots of chocolate for all of us

Congrats on your one year anniversary!! Robyn is so right. We do manage to get the courage from somewhere when we need it. Truly, collectively we are one of the strongest groups of women to be found anywhere.

I feel a special connection to you in the crazy hair department. :hair:
Your comments to my hair post had me laughing outloud. I even read them to my sister. We gotta laugh!!!! My straight areas of hair are quickly becoming curlier. Celebrate and enjoy your day.

I think I will celebrate tomorrow--well, I sort of did today. I went to an open mall to the hardware store for water softener salt and there's a Hallmark store there, so I just stopped in "to look" and my eyes went to the graduation stuff and... I bought two bags of water softener salt at the hardware store and the graduation Snoopy in cap and gown at Hallmark. I may wreck my insides good (Hiatal hernia is now so bad not even the two prescriptions and OTC help) and go over to a tavern that makes great grilled cheese sandwiches and fries. Once in a while, I have to have that. Hair is...awful. I've just given up on it. People give me odd looks and stares. Oh well. Yes this year went very fast in some ways and very slowly in others. I was saying yesterday I "did it right" in not knowing the CA125 and what the CT scan showed before surgery because I had a wonderful 2 weeks and 2 days in there--productive, busy, fun... Otherwise, I'd have been an hysterical wreck.

I hope you have a big hot fudge sundae with that grilled cheese sandwich and fries. Nothing like a good hot fudge sundae to cure what ails me.
